And we’re off…to Charlotte for an overnight before our European Summer Travel Odyssey – otherwise known as the Brezel Tour – begins!  On the road easy enough, trip to Charlotte without issues, Home2Suites check in complete, all is well. Dinner at Miguel’s – the totally dive and thus excellent Mexican restaurant a few minutes away we discovered on our last airport overnight (perfect Chori-pollo!) – and our evening is finished.  Early to bed, early to rise…another adventure begins.
