Nothing too exciting today – just the normal schedule.

Well, I should amend that a bit – the only 2 additions were the farewell brunch – where Amanda was all decked out in her Star Wars gear! Thank you! I was wondering if there would be any May the Fourth Be With You celebrations. As it turns out (which I think we knew but had forgotten) Amanda is a huge Star Wars fan and on the morning show she and Jose display a bunch of things she has in her office, including the baby Yoda that sits on her shoulder. Love it!

The 2nd addition was the B2B meeting at 4, in the Cabaret – that’s how many B2B there are on this voyage! Turns out there about 51 cabins, with a lot of people who have never done a B2B before. This should be fun! The presentation is the norm – except that everyone needs Sri Lanka visas, even if they aren’t getting off the ship. If they don’t have them, they will not be able to continue on the cruise. That’s interesting! We of course have ours – because when asked Corporate said we needed to get them ourselves and it was confusing as to which ones we needed, so we ponied up and paid for a multiple entry visa due to the fact that we are visiting 2 ports in Sri Lanka. Then, just this morning, we get an email from Azamara telling us to be sure we have our Sri Lanka visa – we can use the transit visa which is free. What? Really? Something must have changed, coz what we read for sure said you couldn’t use that – and could you have sent that email a little bit earlier? Everybody is already in Singapore or on their way. Communications has been one of our biggest beefs about this company since the purchase and IT conversion. They are just not good at communications at all.

Sigh. Well, we’re covered, so no worries there.
And the rest of the day is the rest of the day!
